Once a request is received, the memorial and its location are reviewed and all necessary arrangements are made with the appropriate cemetery, burial ground, or property contact. Access, permissions, and scheduling are confirmed in advance of any service.
Before work begins, a careful assessment of the memorial and its condition is completed. Families will be notified of any existing or developing damage that may require attention from a specialized monument restoration professional.
